https://m.aliexpress.com/s/item/32728451110.html#autostay

Currently battery goods can't go via air from China. It will go by cargo, 7 business days to NG.

I hope nobody was ignored again sir/ma. Thanks all.

Allegation 3: claimed she was not able to pick up her goods on Friday.

She promised to come on Friday and was also notified of closing time on Friday.

Also everyone was notified here and on her whatsapps. Why claiming she was was being ignored?.

Allegation 2: She said we requested about $260 more from her.

This item is occupying about 72lbs by dimension though with low weight, this item was estimated 10lbs in her quotation we gave her. Airline is requesting about $300 ship this and she was told.

Picture 3 and 4. She agreed we shipped it by sea, but she's still saying we told her to pay $260 extra.

also advised her personal that it's too much to ship such item by air, that she should ship sea. The item is 48pieces acoustic foam, just like mattres, having little weight but occupying high space by dimension

Whenever you see a wife and her husband fighting and the lady told you what happened, please never be in haste to judge cos a lady will always hide the truth from you, all she just want from you is to help her to settle with her husband but without affecting her ego.

Also don't argue with women, you can never win even with the truth.

Don't argue or fight e-wars with customers, they have nothing to loss but you have a lot to loss. (Done this in the past and got my fingers burnt, a case study is here)

Now to the matter.

I receive the grace not to insult anyone.

Doing this because of loyal partners/customers

All allegations, all what she's asking has been answered, she knows every answer to every questions, so her motive is all I don't know , reason i couldnt give reply to what I don't know or what she knows earlier.

Allegation 1: she said she didn't know why she was charged #405/$.

We buy US dollar from black market, we subsidize Amazon rate on our side to make price easy for our customers, we also buy USD, hence cheap Amazon rate. But to pay airline, we have to pay with physical dollar, emirate, Ethiopian airline will not collect e-currency or Amazon dollar from us.

Even custom don't use official rate for custom clearing fee. You can search that on Google, there is a thread on that here.

Picture 1: she was told reason she was charged that rate and she claimed she knew not here and everyone said she's being ignored.

yehmy:
why do i feel u taunting someone by ignoring his allegations We are watching

Good you are watching. List the allegations with number

1

2

3

4

5

And I will show you no one has been ignored.
