NERC recruitment or any other federal agency, authority or commission

1. Recruitment including number of vacancies planned and envisaged and determined including proposed designations

2. Costing adminsitered to cover from advertisement to APL

3. Proposed recruitment and costing submitted to ministry of finance/RMAFC etc for input to the concerned agency's budget to be captured in the larger budget of the country even if supplementary. Then Federal character commission informed for concurrence

4. When (3) above is satisfied, the document is submitted to the National Assembly for appropriation as part of the items to consider to cover the proposed budget breakdowns

5. National Assembly may invite the agency or commission to defend the proposal including FCC concurrence. Then National Assembly approves, amends or rejects as necessary. The budget is then adjusted accordingly and approved.

6. Budget released to the agency or commission and they are now fully in charge. Advertisements to aptitude tests to interviews. Shortlist done

7. Shortlist sent to Federal character commission for vetting and approval

8. APLs issued by the agency or commission

Is not about them say, them say..... It's the reality which some of us know but always keeps quite, i didn't want to even say anything in this thread but I have been following it, but it's the way some of you guys are down grading the efforts of Leks4sure, the guy is really trying to update you with genuine info about the recruitment but some of you dont see it, we now say let us also testify to some of his info, which some of us really know some of the truth about the recruitment exercise but we always keep quite and look. And nobody here can be correct about the next phase of the recruitment for now, unless you are the chairman or a commissioner there in the commission that can tell the exact date. Thanks

Guy NIMASA is far better than NPA, I get guys working in both NIMASA and NPA, and they have all testified to that because right now the other one wants to go back to NIMASA, and apart from NLNG, NIMASA is the second most paid agency in the country, so don't deceive yourself

Me for now I don't have any confirmed info on when is the next stage but all I know is that the next stage will be physical screening but I don't know when. And about that 70 slots, that was what NERC submitted to the National Assembly as their proposal for the recruitment exercise, so that is all i know

Yeah leks4sure was right, because I can also testify to his info about 70 slots, because right from the beginning of the recruitment, in front of me a call was made to a very reliable source and he said it was 50 slots at first but before the exams was conducted they added the slots to be 70.

We were suppose to See our results immediately since is CBT based aptitude test. Computer will mark immediately and display of U pass you know if U fail U know. All this process is never transparent. If U have anybody pls lobby

This country's process of recruitment is not always transparent, let us just keep praying and if you have anybody you know on top, kindly go and ask them for favor or lobby for the job or any other organizations because from now to December many APLs will fly from different government organisations

I also think they will finish the whole process from now to December, so that for those that are been selected will resume the work early January next year because of the coming 2023 election

Let us just pray to be among the selected ones, because all what am seeing here is like they are going to select people not really base on score, because if the cut off mark is 40 to 50, then there might be a large number of people that will make the cut off mark and people are saying that the slots are limited. So it's just going to be a selection process not only based on merit
