Did the issues come up before or after the system update and how have you been able to fix them?

I've noticed that some phone manufacturers are still using the Snapdragon 425 chipset which is an outdated chipset. Being a Snapdragon chipset, would you say it's way faster than Mediate Helio P23 or vice versa?
