It's good to see Nokia coming back up. It has successfully connected a lot of people and has been known for quality and durability over the years. But for that price, i think I'd rather go with Infinix Note 4 pro..no offence Nokia

i am having the same issue. what I think is that the video layer feature only works on high end phones. The kinemaster i got will first do a performance scan on your device to decide whether that video layer feature can work. if it can't, it will only display image layer.
Another way to bypass this is by rooting your phone
