First of all never tell a man/woman that they are bad in bed, it kills thier self esteem.

I think she should talk to him about it. She should tell him how much she likes him and enjoy being with him but that she'd like to spice it up a bit, try something new. Please tell her Not to offend him.

(In the nicest way possible, it's best if she compliments him for example, saying things like "Baby, it feels good when ________, Or I love it when you _________" um, so to speak). She should guide him, talk to him about want she wants… A little communication goes a long way.
