I called them to narrate all what happened about my mistake and they promised to swap the data with the refund of my money.

It was a surprise moment for me when I checked my account balance and I found out that my money was refunded. I aimed at subscribing for airtel android plan of 2k, 2months, 4g with the Code *437*1#. But I made the mistake of dialling *431*7#, which happened to be a BB plan, immediately 1400 naira was deducted and I was credited with 1g valid for a month. I was highly disturbed, I had no choice than to call their customer care no. to narrate my ordeal. They promised to swap the 1g with the 1400 naira that was deducted within 24hrs but I shouldn’t make any attempt to use the data during the period to avoid rejection error. Sincerely to my surprise the 1400 naira was refunded.
