Since INEC has not publicly shows the membership names submitted by parties, any name can still be smuggle in that registers even after the deadline. As long as the person participated in the primary, it will be hard to disqualified such a candidate as far as his name is on register submitted to INEC.

This is Nigeria of all place, rulling party that control INEC can only use that to disqualified some candidates and not the ones they wanted on the ballot.

Parties were asked to submit membership register to INEC before primaries and there was a deadline for it. None was published, it therefore means that INEC can be culpable in regards to what you stated above.
