Just format system,data,dalvic cache and cache leave the internal storage and sdcard on twrp.
After that flash in the rom zip file and then flash in lazyflasher in other not to be stuck on bootloop or go back to twrp.

You can install official update using twrp...just by booting into it and clearing ur data system and dalvik cache and then flash it after that you flash in laszuflasher using twrp and that's all

Thier is no global stable room yet just the china developer room and global beta which has to be flslasged on unlocked phones

If you want more information on unlocking the bootloader and updating via fastboot or twrp I will post a tutorial on my blog and also send a link here for more details

I use miuipro 10 rom and I have an unlocked bootloader after gaining permission from xiaomi it's fully rooted with more feature
