According to reports,Telecommunication giant,MTN, has finally withdrawn the suit filed against Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC) . NCC regulatory body fined MTN N1.04 trillion for failing to deactivate 5.1 million unregistered SIM cards but the telecommunication company appealed which resulted in the reduction of the fine from N1.4 trillion to N780 billion.
