No one is saying you should refund the said money to another account. Incase you started trading as an exchanger, let me enlighten you on some of these things Incase you don't know how it works which I doubt because you obviously knew what you are doing which is totally wrong and it reeks of scam. How can you keep the money that you suspected to be a proceeds of scam by wanting to jeopardize the said account you planned on safe guarding? Help me, make sense of it. You are simply a lowlife thief for saying you won't refund the money back to the sender's account. No one asked you to refund it by sending to another account.. simply send it back to the owner/sender, Incase you don't know how to click refund which I believe all platforms have the option, you can tell us here publicly and we will enlighten you on how to go about it but saying you won't refund is a blatant show of Scam and thief that you are. I will be unapologetic about it because you had the confidence to keep what's not your. Tell me a definition of a scammer and I will tell you that this attitude of your is one that depicts you as a scam. Refund the said £2000 back the sender's account and drop the screenshot publicly or else you are a thief and scammer. Nairaland needs to get rid of ilks like you. emmdam:The bolded is not completely true due to a lot of reasons. But in this particular case, you could have refunded the money back to the sender's account Incase you felt the source is not legit and could put your account in jeopardy. 1)Why didn't you refund the money instead of holding the money? 2) Did you refund the money because you stated, "as for the money, it's gone"... Clarify on what you meant about that? If you did refunded the money back, post the proof that you did since you kept records of the illegitimate transaction. 3)If truly you are not a scam that they call you, you would have known better than to keep the money instead of refunding it. Note: You could keep or seize someone's fund if the person gave you a charge back in your previous transactions and you could even pay him the balance instead if the money is more than the disputed transactions... This and some few other reasons but your reasons of holding his money is not a genuine reason enough. @Dominque @Mynd44 @Puskin y'all need to address the way anti spambots dey ban and hide posts please.
