Dear all
We have direct /Written Mandate by the Owner to sell a FILLING STATION
at Tin Can Area, Apapa. Lagos.This is new and solely given to our Firm,It is not a bank sale, please be noted, its an individual owned station and sale.
Please we do not need an agents chains Transaction, we only want to deal with The buyer or His/Her Direct Agent with a proof of Letter writen to appoint him/her for that purpose, Or the Buyer's Lawyer

We have set the following Procedure for the intended buyer to follow.
1. We have to meet you or your Direct Agent/Lawyer Physically in our office for Face To face Discussion
2. Letter of expression of Interest by the Buyer should be written on their Letter Head
3. A proof of Genuine source of Funding by the buyer has to be provided for us,to be sure the source is genuine and non controversial
4. Upon recieving 2 & 3 Above, along with the Mandate Letter from the Buyer, we shall also show you our own Power of Attorney To sell
5. Then Inspection can be done by the buyer and if he likes to proceed,
6. Letter of Offer should be sent to us
7. Upon Recieving the Offer, we shall discuss with the Owner and if He agrees, a reply for Accepting of the offer will be done Immediatelly
8. Then we can now set up a meeting between the Buyer and Seller for final discussion and other issues .
Please be noted that we have set up these procedures for the whole excercise to be free of scammers and also to deal with Serious Buyer or his/her agent.
Any other disussion/issue will be done when we meet in our office

what are those things i mentioned? i said you only change the absorber of the passenger side at the front, thats all.you can buy this one for 800k/

The car is very clean, both in and out, it does not ave any issue at all, the only thing you need to change is the absorber of the passenger side in front, the AC is chillin like deep freezer, good tyres run and drive. the ride is more than 800k sir
