As in, the Obidients didn't see it coming. They fought almost everyone early this morning regarding the minimum wage but since LP came out to tell Labour Union to be realistic and shun the strike without adding more hardship to Nigerians, the Obidients have disappeared from online.

Akpata looks like the best because he has handled a national post but I'll pick okpebholo because he has both public and private sector experiences.the best of leaders are those who have handled public and private posts.he set up his own firm from the scratch,then went into politics.again,he has than human feelings and sympathy for people that is why he has been carrying out philanthropic activities and projects even before joining politics.thats a sign of a good leader.again,he fought against oshiomhole to get the party ticket against all odds which shows he is a fighter,an independent minded fellow,his own man unlike asue that is a stooge.
Finally, okpebholo is a uniting figure.he didn't want to pick Idahosa as his deputy but for the sake of unity picked him.there are people in APC that are still aggrieved but are all working for him eagerly.he has been able to manage diverse interest unlike pdp that is getting divided daily.on paper,asue looks better but practically okpebholo is a better leader.Edo has always succeeded with independent minded govs from Ambrose Alli to ogbemudia, oshiomhole etc

The good thing now is people are beginning to follow legal proceedings on issues like this instead of taking laws into their hands or letting some stuffs slide.

From the Erisco case to the Mercy chinwo baby matter to all others,after Nathaniel Bassey petitioned IGP all of them shut up. If you feel aggrieved or feel you have been defamed- Sue. And hypocritical Nigerians will call you out for going legally especially if you are a pastor or worship leader

Maybe Erisco shouldn't have gone the legal route but they have that right. Some companies would have just allowed breeze blow over.
