nipost delivered mine last year november I wasn't at home my doors where open so while I came back I saw an envelope lieing on the floor I was shocked as soon as I got it voila it was written 'PAYONEER'. Happiness ran over me. My advice locate your postalcode office, let them know your reason for coming give them small shanji(cash) and get the contact of that person in charge of your area. Dont just believe it may or might not be delivered to your house.

Hmmmm, I can see the youths voicing out their anger. What u don't know is that the situation you are complaining about someone is praying to be there.
