yuzedo: You went to school for how many years, GRADUATED, and you speak like this?!!wetin the guy do u na |
basher: You guys are having a laugh!! Of course you know where to stick your Mickey mouse "degrees" which, 9 times out of 10, you have to come abroad to get a masters degree from a second rate uni to support it with before you can land a really decent job. In that case you better apply for the HGV training with Dangote, because if it’s done to international standards, it will be a transferable skill that you can use to hustle part-time when you come to do your masters degree abroad. HGV drivers in UK get around £1000 a week or more.true wordz |

Tales by moonlight |
It sounds like something out of a nollywood comedy movie where a ghost looks left and right before crossing the road. Acidtalk, i'm begining to doubt the authenticity of most of your threads on nairaland |

The answer to the question is wit you. Ignor the advice me those asking you to sleep with your lecturers that wont do much. Most times you read and write your best in exams but e lecturers will have the final say he you have read enough or not. I had therane experience in my 100 level too mind was not as bad as yours though, i read, did my assignments so i expected A's or B's in my result but at the end i got c's in most courses where i expected better grade. Now am through with 2-1. Here is my advice 1. God first in every thing you do, either reading or writting your exams 2. Read harder, read the right materials, and know what each of your lectures want. 3. Check your friends, maybe they are the ones that read a page and understand all the note and you on the other hand would have to read all the notes to understand it. 4. The list is endless but i will stop here by asking you to still but God first and last. You will be supericed at what a little trusth in God can do. Thanks for being bold enough to share. |
English will forever be our second/borrowed language so you don't expect us to be as good as the owners. How many of our lecturers can speak well polished English before you talk of the students; Personaly i think its high time we adopted 'broken' english as the officially language because it is spoken at all times by all nigerians irrespective of class and status. I how many chinko wey no fit speak and write good english and their economy and standard of living is considerably better than most english graduates in nigeria. |
This offer is too generous for you. You deserve to be a Clown at children's parties (Barney, Tellytubbies, etc)
