Spot on. You see my problem with our doctor? They think we r still in the ignorant stone ages. Staging is never done this way. What is the site of primary tumour? Cancer of what? And who says the timelines for india is too short? For a start we can get a medical opine atleast. Thoses opinions hint on what tests would give u dedinitive dignosis. If we are serious he can be in india in 1week or even less. Same day passport-20k india app-4days 13k. Flight 120k. We need tl act fast n swiftly to stand a chance of savi g him. Naija will not get it right n i am sure abt dat. Waiting for opinions kill time n chances of survival. Go to the opinions. A couple of us here have been to india. If they can't specify if it's stomach, prostate, lung or whatever cancer how can they target? I don't believe them and prefer to wait for word from NY. Please you guys should stop pushing this idea of flying him to India as if it's the "be all end all" solution. Thankfully, DJ has so far been responding to treatments according to recent reports from the TEHN folks. I'm sure they would have considered all the viable alternatives. Give Naija doctors a break please.

Morning all. Fitst time i saw this post i got interested cos cos ive been affected n still grappling with similar sinister disease. Oga Santino1 i will address your post by 1st praying for you: God will not allow you see sickness or problem IJN. With the little i have read abt DJ's cases, 1 thing is clear which is no definitive diagnosis yet. So he is being misdiagnosed n getting wrong treatment. Whether u like it or not we may have doctors but not equipments or certified labs. Doctor isnt what is need now but equipment and lab specialists. Doctors come in for prognosis n treatment. All i speak is from experience. In my case, after many months of Naija doctors using me to practise n shine only 1 honest speialst confided in me n told me to head india cos no multi specialist hospital here which is definitely the case of DJ. He will spend weeks if not months to see abt 4 specialist in Niaja which i saw in few hrs in India. Pls all i think the way forward is india atleast he will get definitive diagnosis dat im sure cos ive seen with my eyes. Like babyosisi has said dis illness has elapsed a while n availed us time. Experience has showed me that no guess work in medice. I have more tales n gory experiences but i believe my point is clear now. This is my 2 cent.

I can complete a booking unassisted online. So who am i to tell abt condition? And y do i need to even? Last time i travelled with same ticket all they did was call their doc to confirm if i could fly n he okayed me. So y tell me abt a doc thats not expressly stated on the procedure of booking online?

Yes i know non refundable for noshow. I showed up but they required another document which is a fit to fly otherwise no lifting. Absolutely wrong in my understanding

I just tried to make a random booking and this is what i got. I believe you were misinformed because this info is even shown before you even finish making the booking. My advice is go to the main offices, if that doesn't work only then can you resort to taking legal action.

This sounds strange. My lawyer says i have a case cos the agreement is to airlift me and thatsvwhat i paid for and id if they have reservations then it should be expressly stated. Ders bo where along the booking process that says i need another document asides my ticket.

It is YOUR duty to TELL THEM of your medical condition.
It is YOUR DUTY to read and fullfill any and all conditions with your ticket.
You do not have any case to recover your money, it is lost.

Good day all. Been thinking of next action line since etihad airways told me my money i gone after i bought a ticket that was non refundable and non changeable if you miss ypur flight. In dis case i disnt miss my flight but i was not allowed to travel because i didnt have a fit to fly certificate cos i had a medical visa. They said they have a new law that medical visa holders must have a fit to fly certificate. Through out my process of buying the ticket online i didnt see that requirement and i was able to book a ticket and pay successfully only to be stopped bt same etihad. In d end i wasnt allowed to fly as they said the fit to fly takes 72hrs to process. In trying to move flight i was told that 400k is gone cos the type of ticket i bought cannot be modified.
I need advise cos im thinking of hiring a lawyer and writing then with the aim of going to court.

I seriusly need it baba but i got 5k and if u gonna dismiss my offer u can do it ere. Otherwise a call isnt a biigy but dont wanna waste our time negging on d call.
