Ruggedfitness: Stay Healthy, Stay Wise
Try taking and keeping notes of your progress... Before you start take a measuring tape and round it around your stomach, hips, over your upper-arm and thighs... record what you measure and check back every week to know if you progress... Don't forget to tell me too...
Also, let me tell you the final secret.. To keep a healthy weight and keep looking good for life.. You need to start exercising.. The only people that get to look good without exercising are those who starve themselves and I wouldn't want to advice anyone to do that.. So, when you start exercising don't start doing everything in 30 minutes (Seriously, I could have advised you to get my ebook)... Start small because your body is still at the beginner stage.. You can go for 5 minutes each (jogging, skipping, jumping jacks) for a week.. Then the other week add 10 minutes each and then add exercises like Squats...
Remember the stretching exercise must be done first..

Ruggedfitness: Try taking water before eating rice/stew, then take water during eating and after eating.. it will make you full and not interested in taking little food..
Instead of taking powdered milk.. Just try getting some fruits... remember if you are going for oranges, it is best to keep it at 3 a day... wow....ok noted |

Ruggedfitness: I don't think I have posted anything about doing squats to lose weight.. Why not try cooking the food in the morning and warming it up when you get back, it's best.
Okay, the real reason you are adding weight is not just because you are getting lazy (not doing exercise).. it is because of your lifestyle..
Now, here is what you can do..
After eating: Take a 30 minutes walk... it burns off calories After waking up: brush immediately, and then take 1 or 2 glasses of water... All these help your body become stronger, flexible and makes exercise easier and less painful..
Squats wouldn't help you lose much weight (one reason why you should have gotten my ebook).. Jumping jacks, jogging, skipping rope, walking to work etc..
I would like to know more about your lifestyle.. I mean I would like to know if eating late at night is the only thing, that is making you gain weight.. or is there anything in your life that you changed presently? that might b the cause too ok...will do that, i eat mostly 8pm whoich i dnt really fancy my lifestyle is normal, dou i like pick eating little food around, like now, after eating rice/stew, i have taken a spoon of powdered milk in my mouth  bad habit, and my mouth will still go there before i sleep ooo...chai |
