How can David Lyon achieve these promises when he is an illiterate? Many of the APC fanatics in bayelsa keep hiding and ignoring that fact. Lyon can barely make a simple sentence in English. You expect him to attract foreign investors, give you sound representation, strike deals with his low level of IQ? I speak the truth. The man is yet to even address bayelsans to state his plans by himself. It has been people talking on his behalf. The only time he spoke briefly, it was disastrous. I have video evidence Walahi.
