I ll remember Buhari for the mixed feelings he left behind. From his war against corruption to the economic hardship many faced, his 8 years were a rollercoaster. For me, it’s the insecurity, EndSARS saga, and the endless ASUU strikes that stand out. A complex legacy, honestly.

If this story is true, then Buhari really shocked me. We throw stones a lot, but we must learn to give flowers too when it’s due. Simplicity at that level is rare.

Whether you supported him or not, this is a reminder that life truly ends for all. Fame, power, and position will fade — but legacy remains.

Most citizens fear it’s just another excuse to inflate contracts and embezzle public funds. Until we start seeing transparency and accountability, many will remain sceptical — and I don’t blame them.

Nigeria will humble you if you’re not careful.

Many people are just existing to avoid being judged. You can’t be quiet, you can’t stay indoors, you can’t even say no—before someone labels you “jobless”, “proud”, or “anti-social”.

We really need to normalize living for ourselves and not for society’s expectations. Peace of mind should be the goal, not fake approval.

This is what real love looks like — built on mutual respect, not performance. No pressure, no need to “act right” just to impress guests.

The moment you truly know and value your partner, you stop expecting public submission and start practicing private honor.
