Hello everyone,

I need some advice from medical persons on a possible exposure to HIV.

What is the probability of contracting HIV infection after protected sex with condom and washing of the genitals with soap and water.
So the story..
I had a one off sex with a lady on May 4th 2024 with condom. No oral,no kissing. After ejaculation,I removed the condom carefully,their was no condom tear/bust and went to the bathroom to wash off with soap and water ( i did not wipe off with tissue before washing off). So on 28th morning,I woke up with vomiting,diarrhea and localized abdominal pain on my lower left. Had a very mild fever the next day and I was treated for malaria and I recovered,though abdominal pain persisted for a while. I tested for HIV at 30 days post exposure and it came back negative.On 18th June 2024,the abdominal pain returned with diarrhea,lower back burning sensation and low grade fever the next day. I carried out culture test And Ulcer test, some bacteria was found and ulcer was positive. I was treated for ulcer and the abdominal pain stopped.

So my fear:
1.Can ulcer alone cause the symptoms described above?
2. Are their other possible STI/UTI test I need to carryout?
3. Is it possible that while washing off,the reminant of vaginal fluid on the pubic area can wash down to the tip of the penis and hence cause infection ( note I did not wipe off with tissue before washing off,meaning i might still have sperm at the tip)?
3. Can HIV transmit this way?
4. What are my chances that my 4 weeks negative test will not change after 3 months?

From wide search,I learnt that HIV 2 which is predominant in west Africa is a bit harder to transmit.

I'm still experiencing intermittent abdominal pain,burning sensation.

The Kenyan youths that have been protesting for some weeks now, how many investors have they sent away from their country? Isn't that going to cost job loss?

How about the destructions of properties which the business owners are still counting their loses.

Abi untimely deaths of Kenya youths all in the name of this protest.

We can't be complaining of hardship and add more hardship to the already on ground

I was sitting out at a garden in Asokoro some years ago, some young men enjoying their evening in front of me began a very interesting topic. Take note of this: If Joseph had slept with Potiphar's wife, she would want it all the time. And he will have to give it to her all the time. This could mean that he will continue giving it to her till another set of slaves arrive, and because she is a promiscious woman, it is obvious, Joseph will be replaced once someone finer comes in. Remember it was not his handsomeness that made Potiphar to put him in charge of his home, it was the supernatural blessings and increase that Potiphar saw in everything he has that made him to conclude that Joseph God is with him.

Therefore, if he had slept with Potiphar's wife, he would have lost the grace of God upon his life that distinguished him, and very importantly, you need to know that he would not be thrown into the prison with the Kings butler and the cook. Remember it was their dreams that he interpreted that changed his story and made him the first minister of agriculture in the world.

We all know how much God loved David, but when he did it, and even went as far to kill the woman's husband, God made it clear to him that he disliked what he did and killed the product of that copulation, though he repented and God had Mercy on him, and gave him Solomon, who later became a King. He is indeed a merciful God.

Once a man destiny is aborted, he will amount to nothing! He will struggle till he dies. That is if he is not killed like the upcoming Ghanian artist that was just killed because he went to sleep with a married woman who lives with her in-laws. He came out to ease himself at night, but unfortunately for him, one of the household members saw him and shouted thief! He said he wasn't a thief and was pointing to the room where the woman is, she came out and denied ever knowing him, and he was killed. HIS DESTINY IS TERMINATED.

If you don't want your destiny aborted, stop sleeping with a married woman. It has send lot of men to the grave before their time.

Sleeping with a married woman will abort your destiny, whatever enjoyment you're enjoying by doing it is mainly for a very short period of time.

Get powerful software that gives alarm if one station camera is down and get a replacement within 5mins.
