Real Madrid player ratings, after the game against man united.

Casilla
Solid and could do nothing about United's two goals. Still doesn't pose a real danger to Keylor... or whoever comes.

Odriozola
Excellent on the right side. Dani Carvajal can't rest on his laurels with the Basque squeezing him for a starting spot.

Vallejo
Alexis gave him a tough night. Too soft in the challenge and still has great room for improvement.

Theo
At fault for one of the goals but redeemed himself by setting up Benzema. Nevertheless, he needs a change.

Ceballos
Knows that he is facing a new opportunity with Lopetegui. One of the highlights of the game.

Llorente
Also at a good level, although he's still too conservative in some actions.

Bale
In theory, he must be the leader, although against United he wasn't anywhere close to that.

Benzema
Captain on the night and scorer. He could do more, but he is not the one who must carry Ronaldo's loss.

Vinicius
Talent and power. It in't easy to stand out in your first Real game but he certainly did.

Asensio
He had a few minutes but insufficient to make a difference. More is expected of him.

Kroos
Back in action after the Germany fiasco in the World Cup. Did ok without being exceptional.

Isco
At ease under Lopetegui's orders, and it shows. The new coach gives him total freedom and he is revelling in it.

Nacho
Neither a good or bad game, Nacho was steady. Lopetegui will be looking for more once the season starts.

Lunin
A debut for the young keeper but he had no work to do in the second 45 minutes.

Mayoral
Replaced Benzema at half time but did nothing of note, similar to others on the night; Javi Sanchez and Fede Valverde, Sergio Lopez, Reguilon, Odegaard, De Tomas and Oscar.

So much loved this match, we might have lost but our youth team players absolutely bossed that game.

But still, benzema is poo, Lope shouldnt place his hope on both benz and Bale.

We need a lethal striker before the season starts.

Benzema, Bale, Ceballos and Vinicius will play against Atletico.

Isco, Modric, Kroos and Casemiro will not be available because of the World Cup

Managing Madrid report that Karim Benzema, Gareth Bale, Dani Ceballos and Vinicius Jr are likely to start the game against Atletico Madrid in Tallin as the two Madrid teams will battle for the UEFA Supercup.

Julen Lopetegui has apparently chosen the 4-2-3-1 formation for the match as it has been his main option during the latest training session in Miami. Thus, Ceballos would take the central role while Bale and Vinicius will occupy right and left flanks respectively.

Isco, Luka Modric, Toni Kroos and Casemiro will not participate in the game, according to the source, because of the late return to training after the World Cup.

As who will be the main star next season, I heard Lope has told bale he will be our main man from now on.
