So when I saw the water I was happy and confused cos there was no contraction. I now called my DH and told him that water just came out. Around 8.35am I felt the first contraction so we went home to get my things so we could go to the hospital. Got to the house I started picking my things, had a cool shower with my daughter, I was just catwalking in the house with mild contractions of 10minuts apart. Few minutes after 9 I felt a strong contraction and this time it was like 3minutes apart na so I use speed take comot for house. So my DH drove me to the hospital of about 30minuts drive then the contraction was becoming often and stronger. Got to the hospital around 10am I was checked and the midwife said I was almost fully dilated and said I should lye on my side before I knew it I started having the urge to push so I called the midwife and she checked me again and said I was fully dilated and that I should push at the next contraction and that was how my prince was born with a single long push at exactly 10.45am. Labour was less than 3hrs and that was how it was with my first child. GODISEVERFAITHFUL

We are on countdown mode ooooh,dis baby had refused to show head,my gyne said the baby is still up and my Edd is on Saturday,I hope d baby comes before then....

Lax is truly a breeze,came in thru lax last month,was the only Nigerian pregnant lady on my flight from Paris to lax,

Asks me how much I have and how I intend paying I said cash,asks me to keep all my receipts and stamps me in for 6 months,no secondary inspection,no agriculture,just wheeled my bags out to the exit....I thank GOd for favour,using dr mbagwu and st Francis,patiently waiting for my lil one..

Mostly thru breastfeeding and I didn't eat all dem omugwo foods,i took the peppersoup but didn't eat yam and co,mostly I ate clean cos I was concerned on wat my baby was getting out of the breastmilk.

i was 63kg before i got pregnant and now I'm 72kg @ 38 weeks plus. ma doc didn't complain. Chinwendym so u are eating all that fruits alone chia chia dia is God o! Misen how were u able to lose weight in less than three months?

Pls if u can,try and avoid eating solids after 7pm instead take fruits and lotss of water,during my first pregnancy I ate all sorts,ended up gaining almost 18kg,altho I lost it less than 3 months after childbirth, this time around I decided to eat more of fruits, I dnt eat after 7pm,i indulge once in a while and I have put on just 6kg at 33 weeks,so it's all about eating the right thing at the right time,pls pls pls dnt starve urself, instead take more of fruits and water,the lord would see us through, Amen..

Mamas in the house I hail o, please my doctor asked me to drop about 16kg or more, my LMP was 7/7 pls how do I go about this during pregnancy have not heard of anyone loose weight while pregnant before, I don't know if anyone here has gone through this before. Present weight is 106!

Boldly walking into thread with my super duper whooper baby in hand.

I don born ooo! Im officially registering on this thread.
My madam arrived Aug 26th. It all feels so surreal cos she's not a regular newborn.
She weighed 4.33kgs. Looks and behaves like a 3mths old, I'm confused on how to handle her. But I'm sure.this thread will provide all the support I need in raising a super newborn.

@mama32015,yes I think u have to write to the embassy,that is if this is going to be ur first time of traveling with the visa,there r lots of post on this topic,if u can take ur time and go thru,u would def learn a lot,thank u.
