What info can you gimme about the nature and standard of living within the State?

To be sincere osun state is very boring, d standard of living is poor cos majority of them are civil servants just very few private businesses. The only places u can be posted to dat u might enjoy small is osogbo.

One of the recommended tips on there was this..

1. Make sure your school’s
Senate/Academic board sent
your name to the NYSC office
This is important and short of typing in all
caps, there’s no way to emphasise that your
school MUST SEND YOUR NAME to the NYSC
office. I have friends who are through with
school since January yet still haven’t been
called up because of this one reason.

Now ma question is, how do I confirm that ma name was sent to the NYSC office by ma school's academic board for Batch A?

In my school, each faculty will send all the students name who have been cleared to the senate house. So u can go to ur faculty or department to find out.

Well, a word of advice pls,

I can't remember your state of Origin and school's state of domicile right now but I must state clearly that If you don't have any plan to go all the way to KEBBI and you only made the choice for making sake, pls kindly remove it and replace it with the one you have plans for, else you might find yourself their as that is the essence of making 3 choices, although one can still find him or herself outside of one's 3 choices anyway

Kebbi is not bad tho, if your PPA is in Birnin kebbi. My cousin is serving there

This i know would surely catch my attention but my personal advice will be that we apply for states that would favour our courses. like an engineering students going to an "engineering state".

Lagos-pays 15k if u r lucky u will be paid.
Oyo-pays 5k
Ekiti pays bt nt sure of d price
Kebbi also pays bt 10k after months

Please register very early so as to nt be left with only northern states. You can register b4 u pay d 3k online fees. It is just that you won't be able to print out your call up number without the payment.

I was with a friend during her registration 15B the only states she couldn't pick were state of origin and state where her school was.

They do allow as long as u don't pick ur state of origin.
