Three weeks after purchase and a few apps, eg whatsapp hangs.

Don't be deceived dat ba3 can't last for 15hrs talk less of on 7% ba3 except wen ur friend isn't touching the phone at all..... D highest av gotten from dis fone on heavy usage is 8-9hrs closely..

Pls download a battery saver app like battery doctor and master cleaner It would help.... Also if the environment temp is quite high it would affect the fone if it's on h+ also ensure you place your fone on a cool surface

It's free... It's on warranty... And pls to be on d safe side unroot your fone sharply... I also noticed that when I collected d fone after it was repaired all the apps I downloaded where gone it was like a new fone
