Slashing criteria is going to be decided tomorrow by NYSC mobilization department. The only criteria for everyone to go is when the National Assembly approves PMB request for additional funds on time. Otherwise May 2017 is the case of most PCMS

you can actually login from your phone. All you need do is click on the 3 dots on your browser (options button) then mark the "request desktop site".

You can go to NYSC portal on your mobile phone, but you can't log into your dashboard on your mobile phone. If anyone clicks on the registration tab or tries to login his/her dashboard on a mobile phone, the response that person will get is "the page has been removed" and this doesn't mean that there's a problem with your registration. Use a computer... A laptop or desktop.
I don't know if it works smoothly on tabs, but it doesn't on phones.
