What you have is quite interesting, I created something similar but for fresh videos. I would like to know how you process the videos? Are you using ffmpeg or an external api is helping with that?

As for your question, I have not used render before but have you considered hosting the 3 “domains” on separate Docker containers on a single server?

In my setup, I have 1 server with 2 Docker containers. One container runs the n8n and the other runs the python app.

Yeah, I’m using ffmpeg for the video processing.
Doing things low budget now so getting an external service API will most likely involve a subscription charge.

Render has a a free hosting option which falls in line with my low budget approach, getting a server space would be much better like you suggested though, but wetin man wan do

Hi Guys,
I’m currently build an Ai Agent on n8n, to help content creators easily produce quality shorts from Long content videos. It is designed to identify the Climaxes in 3 - 5 different parts of the video, cut it out, optionally add a Caption or A Background Music. It would allow content creators produces reels quick for their various social platforms.

The Agent interface is via telegram and it can accept but video uploads and X/YouTube/Tictok links for video downloads and shorts produce.

The logic I used is to host it on 3 different domains, one controlling the agent, another the bot and the last for trimming the videos and short creation. To reduce processing time.

All domains are hosted on Render and I got an email that I have exhausted 740 hours free plan for this month. I have to wait next month to begin but it’s fine. Until I get the Money to pay for the domains on render I’ll keep building offline.

I intend to incorporate a lot to this bot like Crypto Trading Assistant, Sport Betting Assistant, an Ai Cofounder and Business Accountant and Manager.

Any advice for me on how to move faster to bypass Render suspension to keep building?

I’m a Final student of Uniben, Department of Mathematics (Applied Mathematics).
I have reasonably good Mathematics, Programming and Engineering skills and for my final year project, I have developed a Fully calculated Mathematical model using (Markov Chains and Poission Distribution) coupled with Python’s Django and some IoT to programming a Mobile app that can Track and Monitor batteries, Monitor Solar Energy Distribution every Hour, Calculate Prices and Battery levels, Set Prices per charge and other features for Motorcycles, Keke and Small buses. This model is far cheaper and can save drivers N80k to N100k per year on fuel expenses and it’s also hybrid to allow for fuel usage during low solar irradiance.


I’m trying to get a Grant from AFD to fund the project but I need a hardware Prototype to add to the proposal and to be honest funding is not secure.
So I am still researching and working on it.


What’s wrong with my plan and does it sound feasible?
