I brought my standard down then coming from a job loss in which I earned above 200k per month. I put into consideration the distance to be covered if I have to be coming from my new residence and the seperation from my family since I must live inside the school like I got to know.

Honestly, I don't see teaching job as a security job, because of see finish. Except if you are a trained teacher, just work for a maximum of 5 years, design then save up funds to learn skills.

Try applying to another school, but if you can bargain properly(not sounding desperate), you may get a good deal within 170k-190k.

Other low paying schools may not be much. It just to choose the less of two evils.

That was what i researched of the school and discovered a student pays up to a million per term. As a result, I told them 200k but I noticed from the expression of the principal that it is huge for them; I maintained my stance that anything lesser than 200k is suicidal. However, they have other freebies like accomodation and probably foodstuffs they share to them, subsidized market etc. as I heard; me, I need money.

Some school owners are misers. They have "chewing gum" hand. They collect millions but pay staff peanuts.

If you want to work in a school just make sure your accomodation is nearby, otherwise nothing to save from salary.

Is it small or big? I asked for 200k per month but they did not accept. If you see the amount a student pays per term and the environs of the school, you will wonder why the school mangement refused to pay me that.

Are you sure of that? There is one like that school in Okija that I applied for sometime in the past but could not agree to pay me a paltry sum of 200k despite the large chunk of funds being paid by parents per session.
