On 06/05/2016 i subscribed for N1000 - 1.5GIG but on recharging the money, i got my normal beta talk bonus, all through while i browsed, the bonus was deducted until exhausted and some part of the data consumed but browsing stopped after a while. I called on 180 for solution and i was given almost all remedies but to no avail. I then subscribed for 30MB daily but this also couldn't browse aswell i called on Customer care again no solution. To worsen it, if i activate to browse with my card (*131*202/1) it doesnt still connect either. Yesterday, i called on 180 again but an agent of yours said because i subscribed for the 30MB i have deactivated the 1.5GIG that it was the cause of the problem. I angrily had to subscribe again for the 1.5GIG for N1000 yesterday. I was also given N2000 bonus par my beta talk. I then started browsing again up till this evening when the bonus got exhausted And it stopped browsing. I called customer care again this evening but i was given some solutions i had gotten before. Solutions i received included &Changing of Access point name to web.gprs.mtnnigeria.net &Removing port and I.P &Dialing *466*1# &Dialing *131*201# &Switching off phone for and removing sim for 5mins
Please i uses two mtn sims the other is browsing fine, and have even switched the sims to check if it is my phone problem but it is not as the other sim browses effectively in either sim port.
This thing has really kept me stuck because i am a student and using almost all my allowance for data is not fair. I have spent N2100 on dat in the past four days but cant browse. Please even if it is a refund of my money, i will appreciate. Thanks.
