About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented professional to manage and oversee our ATM and card system operations, with a primary focus on the Postilion switch. The ideal candidate will ensure all related systems run efficiently, securely, and in compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and oversee day-to-day ATM and card system operations, ensuring all processes run effectively and efficiently.
Provide technical and operational support for the Postilion switch, including troubleshooting and coordinating issue resolution with relevant stakeholders.
Liaise with third-party vendors and service providers to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of services.
Collaborate closely with the IT department to maintain, monitor, and upgrade ATM and card systems.
Ensure system security, integrity, and compliance with all regulatory and industry standards.
Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance operational efficiency.
Maintain accurate documentation, including transaction logs, maintenance records, and upgrade reports.
Stay informed on emerging technologies and trends in ATM and card systems, recommending improvements and upgrades as needed.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
1- 2 years of experience managing ATM and card operations, with hands-on expertise in Postilion switch systems.
Strong technical troubleshooting skills and vendor management experience.
Knowledge of regulatory standards related to ATM and card operations.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
