Nonso23: all of it.. The backup is a zip file which contains everything the rom is made up of. Since you have cwm on your phone already and you are conversant with sp flash tools you can reinstall the backup in your phone in no time as long as you have the correct version.

afta flashing, it bcame Dead, doesn't boot up @ all.. Cn I still use sp flash tool 2 flash it in??

Nonso23: only solution i see is getting the rom backup from another similar phone and flashing it back into your phone. Since tecno is quite unpopular on xda you should try and get in touch with other b3 users here on NL. maybe someone might upload theirs for you to download and re-flash. It's usually mighty huge i.e ranges between 300 to 700mb. Goodluck
