Of course. smiley
It took a few hours for me to get used to the aircraft. And cover the manuals. Here are some from yesterday's test flight. I'm very fund of the freighter variant. cheesy

Quick question. Do you use Xplane 10 or 11, and also, write down aircraft, sceneries, anything that I should get. But remember, only 5 in total
Yes, I play X-Plane 11. I got your email request and I sent a mail so we can connect.
Thanks so much for this.cheesy

Hey @Mowarin001, I haven't heard from you (making those awesome videos of course wink anyway, I've noticed from your videos that you use Mouse Yoke to fly, before I got my physical yoke, I used virtual yoke app, its full version is payware (if you want I can send you a google drive link to download it from me) but it really makes the flight sim experience more enjoyable, and I, for one, think it would make your videos look better, rather than seeing your mouse flying around trying to control that 747 grin

Any who, here are today's pictures:
This is an easyjet Airbus A320 payware version from flightsimlabs (and also, since you are the only flight simmer I've met in Nigeria, I want to gift you 5 payware addons for XPlane on me!) Landing at Vienna Airport amidst heavy lightning
:-D Lovely shots you have here by the way!!! extremely detailed pictures.

smileyThis is really cool of you! Thanks a lot!!!
I'll check my e-mail shortly.

You're right, seeing my pointer around does kinda ruin the experience.

While this is an Alitalia McDonnell Douglas MD-80, climbing to FL220 on the VATSIM network, the controllers were joking that I should fly low, unless my 40-year old engines would fail, little did they know that our very own Dana Air, still uses the 40-year old beast
Exactly cheesy!!! That's the thing about our airlines in Nigeria. 95% of our fleet consists of these old model aircraft, majority of the aircraft we have were previously used by four different airlines already. So we're basically buying them 5th hand cry.
Though some might have cool airconditioned cabins, the flight deck is not appetizing at all for aviators like you and I cry.
I've even seen the flight deck of a Boeing 737Classic, owned by Air Peace and it was nothing to write home about, due to poor maintenance.
I think our aviation sector really needs some attention!!!

These are my 4 final flights of a Virgin Atlantic Boeing 747-400.

Mowarin001:
It's no longer news to aviators world-wide that Virgin Atlantic has phased out it's remaining Boeing 747s.
Therefore I am planning a series of videos for my channel to bid this aircraft farewell.
I have specially chosen these routes which were always operated by their 747s and these will be my final flights with a Virgin Atlantic 747.

▶️VS75: Manchester (MAN) - Orlando (MCO)
▶️VS76: Orlando (MCO) - Manchester (MAN)

VS75 will be departing soon. So stay tuned to the channel and subscribe if it's your first visit so you won't miss out on any upcoming video.

@Mowarin001
Is there a way we can play multiplayer together, I got X-plane 11 based on your advise. I would like to fly long haul with you, Preferably from Dubal(OMDB) to San Francisco (KSFO) because I love taking off from DXB and Landing at SFO. And also based on your YouTube videos (yes, I subscribed, great content man) you are an expert, so which aircraft should I use for a flight from Adelaide to Lagos. I tried a 737-800 but I had to stop to refuel at Singapore-Changi and Dubai. With a 777-200LR, I refueled at Durban. I am about to use an A380-800, but Lagos does not have the facilities for docking an A380. (Note: I fly this same flight because I am a pilot for a virtual airline, Worldwide Virtual. If you want to join, please do I will gladly be your co-pilot.). I am currently en-route to Istanbul, Turkey cruising at FL330 from Lagos on a B787 with a stopover at Algiers and my next scheduled flight is from Istanbul to Adelaide on an A380 and then to Lagos. So I decided to asked you. Please reply me soon.
Capt. Folarr,
Worldwide Virtual
Thanks so much for the support for my channel. I really appreciate this, and I'll keep making good videos.
Unfortunately I still haven't found a way to connect X-Plane 11 to a multiplayer server unlike other mobile simulators like RFS or Infinite Flight.
There is some hope anyway. I'm just learning about VATSIM
https://www.vatsim.net
It's a platform that virtual pilots and other flight simmers on X-Plane, FSX and P3D can connect and fly together like in the real world. With some volunteers even acting as air traffic controllers. So I'm looking into that. But it'll take some time as running stuff like that isn't easy in Nigeria, where steady network is an issue, and it's very demanding on my limited data plans... LOL

So yeah, if you want to fly from Adelaide to Lagos, you'll first fly as a Qantas flight from from Adelaide to Johannesburg (South Africa). But Sydney is a better starting point though. Qantas used the Boeing 747-400 and A330-300 on that route. Then you'll simulate a connecting flight to Lagos most probably as Air Peace (With a Boeing 777-200LR) or South African Airways (With an A340). It's possible to do it in the simulator like it's done in real life.

You're also right. Muritala Mohammed Airport isn't equipped enough to handle an A380 the super jumbo. LOL. Nigeria is dire in need of an upgrade. LMAO!!!

As for flying from Dubai to San Francisco, I haven't actually flown that route since I got X-Plane 11. But I'll try it soon.

I just started enjoying cargo flights with UPS in X-Plane 11. I've now gotten used to their routes, procedures, departure times e.t.c. Mostly flying the Boeing 747-400 in the UPS livery. Right now I'm on a route from Hong Kong International Airport to Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport in Alaska as UPS flight 63.

I'm planning a special series for the YouTube channel very soon. To show the experience of an average UPS pilot using X-Plane 11. Especially in this COVID-19 pandemic where these cargo pilots are needed the most.
So stay tuned and all the best.

You seem to be well versed in the flight sim community, tell me you have seen the new Microsoft flight sim 2020 about to release with its OUTSTANDING graphics, accurate feedback from planes and more realistics gameplay. i used to just be a passive flight sim fan, watching videos on youtube and never actually playing, my forte is more sim racing. but with this coming up, well, i always wanted to be a pilot anyways. Didnt even know we had a community in naija.
Me too. It's so good to meet other aviation enthusiasts here on nairaland.

Yes I've seen the new MFS 2020. It's a really impressive simulator in development. At the moment, they're still working on licensing the liveries to be used on the aircraft in the sim.
X-Plane 11 is still my simulator for now and it is the foundation of my YouTube channel.

https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCwLu_2Fe1qL7gV0ibynwInw

It was the best in the market until Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020 came in.

I'll stick with X-Pane 11 for now. But I'll check out MFS 2020 when it's fully ready. I bet this one would beat X-Plane 11 in the market

Someone just sent me a message asking about the best flightsim that pilots can use during training?

Well, presently most of my pilots friends use Xplane 11 and P3d v4

in terms of flight physics dynamics they both have it.

I do recommend xplane 10 for my student pilot friends though due to that fact that Xplane 11 and P3D v4 system requirements are very high.

fsx,...well can run in most low end pc but you may not like what you see or get wink
Hey. I want to get a hardware upgrade for my PC to be able to run X-Plane 11 at better frame rates.

The picture below shows my current PC specs.

Will I get better frame rate if I upgrade my RAM from 6GB to 16GB.

Can I get flight simulator on PS.
Some people like to use GTA 5 as a flight simulator, it might be realistic. But aircraft modelling and physics in GTA 5 is ugly. So it's not recommended.
I've never actually owned a play station tho so there might be other flight simulators I don't know of.

So sorry, I'm not on VATSIM and neither have I even played FSX.
I first started with X-Plane 10 mobile version until X-Plane 11 came out in 2016. But I never downloaded X-Plane 11 until September 2019 and quickly got the hang of it.
