Our client is currently in need of a dynamic and dedicated Sales/Business Development Executive for the vacant position

position: Sales/Business Development Executive
Location: Lagos

Job Descriptions:
• The Corporate Executive will be part of a team responsible for achieving the company's monthly target as well as exceeding sales targets.
• Will approach potential customers with the aim of winning new business, as well as maintaining good relationships with clients.
• Consistently look for new accounts that can be included into the portfolio but understand the need to have a consistent and focused approach
• Build and maintain relationships with as many key contacts/decision makers as possible inside customers’ organization and enhance a long-lasting business partnership.
• Will also be responsible for making repeated sales to our existing customers/Clients.
• She should also compare both previous market trend and current and proffer solutions to increase productivity
• Monitor the expenses per market and provide feedback.
• The Marketing executive needs to provide feedback to the HOD on additional actions/ideas to be taken to increase the visibility of the products.
• The Corporate executive will be mainly focused on targeting corporate accounts as well as actively searching for prospective clients. Communication skills are needed in this role
• In this Corporate Executive role, you will be joining a company who values its sales professionals and provides them with all the marketing and sales support tools required for success.

Qualification:
• Minimum of B.sc/HND
• Must be between the age of 25 to 35 years
• Have at least 2-5 years' experience in a similar role
• Previous experience in Insurance industry will be an added advantage.
• Excellent selling skills
• Good negotiating skills.
• Must have good communication skills
• You must be ready to work in a team.
• Be self-driven and energetic.
• Must have good knowledge of computer

Remuneration
60-100k per Month plus commission

Position: IT & Low Current Engineer
Reports to MD

Duties:
Surveys the site of a prospective project and prepares a preliminary design and Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for the purpose of preparing a quotation
Coordinates with the customer once project is awarded and prepares work schedule, detailed BOQ and Bill of Material
Prepares Shop Drawings and Single Line Diagrams (using AutoCad or Microsoft Visio) upon the award of a project
Supervises installations to ensure technicians abide by the design and BOQs
Prepares Material Take-Off, As-Built Drawings (using AutoCad or Microsoft Visio) and Project Documentations once the project is about to be completed
Organizes and oversees the commissioning of projects and customer’s staff training
Assists salesman invisiting customers for the purpose of technical presentations and demonstrations

Skills
Knowledge of installation and maintenance of networking systems including routers, switches, gateways.
Knowledge of basic electrical circuitry and mainly low voltage DC systems
Ability to troubleshoot common software and hardware issues on computers, printers,…
Previous experience in the installation and maintenance of any or all of the following systems: CCTV (analog and IP), Access Control, Environmental Monitoring, Building Management, Fire Alarm (Conventional and Addressable), Burglar Alarm, PABX, Videophone, Interphone.
Excellent interpersonal skills
Effective verbal and listening communications skills
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Very effective organizational skills
Effective written communications skills

Qualification and Requirements:
• Applicant must have a minimum of B.SC/HND in related field.
• 3-5 years experience with at least 2 years experience in Fire Alarm
• Proficient in AutoCAD.
