It's funny how despite everything I've said on this thread so far, people still keep making stupid assumptions.

I'm strictly attracted to women. I don't have any sexually transmitted disease. I'm perfectly fine health-wise. My erection works perfectly.

My decision to not masturbate or have sex is simply because I believe that there are spiritual rewards attached to avoiding sexual pleasure, and just a week into my journey I'm already seeing those benefits.

Not much to say today. I'm just happy I've officially gone one week without experiencing sexual pleasure. If I can do it, so can you

We need to think deeply about our sexual desires

Sexual pleasure is the only desire we have that doesn't directly impact our personal survival

Everyone feels the need to eat and drink. Everyone feels the need to excrete. Everyone feels the need to sleep.

These needs are crucial to survival. If we don't satisfy them, we die.

But the need for sex is useless outside of reproduction and 99% of the time we don't have sex or masturbate in order to reproduce .

You don't die if you don't have sex. In fact sometimes you die during sex or during masturbation. So why exactly is this desire so strong?

One thing I can say for sure is that that in just 6 days of staying away from this useless experience, I am feeling better health wise and I have more energy. I sleep less and eat less. Unlike before that I feel hungry all the time.

I strongly believe that demons or spiritual entities are behind every human's desire for sex or masturbation and they feed off of the energy we produce. That's the only explanation for why the desire is so strong and so overwhelming

This is officially the 6th day of overcoming the desire for sexual pleasure.

Day 5 of not masturbating or having sex with a woman

Still going strong. One thing I noticed is I can stay late into the night without feeling sleepy. For the past two nights I have slept around 2am and it is a good thing because I work remotely and staying up for longer hours helps me complete my tasks sooner.

I still feel the urge for sex but I am controlling myself.

One other thing I am noticing is that women are becoming more attractive for no reason. Even girls I don't normally find attractive are beginning to look attractive.

The question I want to ask is this? Why does it look like some spiritual force is trying so hard to make me masturbate or have sex? Why the strong attack on my senses to the point that girls I did not find attractive are becoming attractive. Something is so fishy about a man's sexual desire.

Everything about this urge seems very weird and somewhat demonic. Really take some time to think about it. It's almost like something out there is going to lose something important if I don't have sex or masturbate and it is trying so hard to make sure I do.

Day 4 of not masturbating or having sex

Four days away from sex or masturbation is already like an achievement. The last time I went 4 days without experiencing sexual pleasure was sometime last year and it was due to a heavy work schedule. So I'm really proud of myself.

Haters will still come here to make fun of me but every step counts and I'm making those steps. I refuse to be a slave to few seconds of sexual pleasure.

The fact that I feel drained when I ejaculate, means something is leaving me both physically and spiritually; an energy powerful enough to create a new human being. I'll rather than energy stays inside me and accumulates.

Like I said, there is a lot of spiritual rewards attached to overcoming the sexual desire and the longer you sacrifice sexual pleasure, the greater the reward. Nothing goes for nothing in this world.

Day 3 of not masturbating or having sex

So this is my third day of staying away from sex and masturbation. Yesterday was easier than the previous day. The urge wasn't as strong as I had my mind focused on a lot of other things.

Towards night time I felt the urge a little bit but I overcame it quickly.

I hope my doubters are following the thread? You are only weak if you believe that you are. You are only a slave to sexual pleasure if you think that you are. You are what you think.

Day 2 of not masturbating or having sex with a woman

I made it through day one and I will make it through today. The urges were strong yesterday but I refused to give in.

I had erections when I saw certain women I was attracted to while scrolling through social media. But I resisted the urge to masturbate.

I even saw a busty slim girl very close to where I lived. I was turned on by her appearance but I didn't approach her.

Henceforth I will only be approaching women based on the non sexual benefits they can add to my life.

My goal is to avoid sex or masturbation till the day that I die. For those making fun of me, carry on, you will continue to watch me post.

Due to personal reasons that I will not disclose, I have made a decision never to enjoy sexual pleasure; this means never participating in sexual intercourse with a woman as well as never masturbating. This is a lifelong thing and I will never have sex or masturbate till the day that I die.

I have already suspected some of you will begin to make assumptions or ask certain questions and I will answer those right now:

I am not a virgin. I am not gay. I can have an erection. I don't plan on getting married. I don't care about having kids. No I am not planning to be a priest. No I am not religious. I am in my late 20s. Yes I am very attracted to women.

This is going to be the hardest thing I have ever done, but the hardest sacrifices provide the best rewards.
