Laplacian: z=-16 is a real number & cannot hav imaginary component...so if z=a+jb then a=-16, b=0...
If z^4=-16, then z=+4j or -4j

if u dnt av d idea jst tell me to solve it or beta stll i gv u a hint to do dat.we both learning

like i said (x/4)^x=16 is same as:
f(x)=(x/4)^x-16=0.
and wit dis it is more like a polynomial in which we substitute for x to get d ques=0.
and d only value dat can b substituted is 4 and dat makes it d answer.
so d answer is 4

at d part were u have
3xlog2-2log2=logx.
u cant say it is:
log2(3x-2)=logx.
that will b breakin d law of log.
but rather it will b:
(3x-2)log2=logx,
and dis cannot work.
what am tryin to say is dat alogc-blogc is (a-b)logc and not logc(a-b).
