such thing will never happen, Boko Haram are been rehabilitated and set free because they are from the north, some of those so called repented Boko Haram usually go back to join their members yet they keep rehabilitating them and freeing them , there is no where in Nigerian constitution that supports this, how is it that they don't even take Boko Haram members to be judged in court?
