I will be 40 next month and I have been able to save 2m from property sold.
I plan to use the money to relocate to pH with the money to pH.
Please I need advise.
Rent will finish Half of the money

After over one year in SA without anything to show for it, I have finally decided to come back to Nigeria.

With no job, house or anything tangible to fall back to but i am just determined to start all over again because i believe no matter how far you have gone on the wrong part it is never too late to start again.

In my late thirties, no qualifications, no family, no flourishing or tangible business but determined to learn anything that can at least substain me.

Due to my traumatic life experience in life.
I have decided to drop pride and learn work.
I am 40 , no kid , no job, no skill.
Just HND certificate.
I have decided to learn trade next year.
Please I need your input and advice on how to journey this movement.
Is it poosible to learn in 2 or three years and get settled?

No wife.

No helper.
No inheritance.
No connection.
No friends.
No skill.
All I have is just HND ...

Hello peeps, I just need some advice about something going on in my life.

I went to a polytechnic two years ago when I had absolutely nothing — I mean, nothing at all. Even my mom was struggling to make ends meet. I had a really tough experience in that school, and I’ve prayed that none of my family members ever have to go through what I went through.

But since last year, things have changed positively for both me and my mom. I’ve been thinking about going back to school — this time, to a university (my dream school), especially now that it won’t affect my hustle since I work online. My mom’s financial situation has also improved, and she’s ready to support me through any institution I choose because she sees how serious and focused I’ve become. She believes in my potential.

Now, here’s the thing — my friends, the ones I graduated with two years ago, are ahead of me now. Some of them are even getting ready for NYSC. Whenever I think about it, I feel down, like I’m behind in life. And to make it worse, some of them might even see me as a fool for choosing to start university all over again — like it’s a waste of time.

I want to know if this things are something to feel bad about… because I know it won’t be easy

Stayed for 5 years before writing waec.
Wrote waec at the age of 22,
Started ND and finished at 24.
I couldn’t continue my HND,
Taught in primary school for years,
Went back and finished at the age of 30,
I didn’t go for NYSC because of age factor,
All my mates are married and have kids .
Now in my late 30s still believing for the best
