Obaseki should have welcomed Shuaibu, made him comfortable then isolate him. Now, Shuaibu will use federal might to enforce his reinstatement while Obaseki stands aside, biting his bony fingers.

The FG and Dangote know what they are not telling us.

As for Dangote, the last time he made noise like this was when his tomato monopoly failed. Before that, it was when he was trying to muscle Lafarge in the cement market.

Him and his friends in the FG should keep fighting.

Besides, receiving an influential opposition figure very close to an election helps weaken them (PDP) further. Oshiomhole might have delayed this move until now in order to achieve this goal.

If you remember, when Saraki and co. decamped from APC to PDP, there was a flurry of defections back then. The final defection that made PDP cry was when Akpabio as Senator decamped to the APC.
As at then, he was one of the major financiers of PDP and a major Senator from the SS.
It was Osho baba who midwifed that defection. Till now, the PDP is still in severe pains.

Fortunately, some of us have been following politics for long and we were here when Peter Obi ran away from APGA to the ruling PDP to seek protection.

Shaibu, what is the need of decamping to APC, when they already fielded a candidate from Edo central and vice from Edo south, same thing the PDP also did, and your ambition is to because Edo State governor in the coming election.
why didn't you dump the PDP and go to other party other than APC to contest for the governorship election.
This move shows that you only wanted to cause trouble in PDP, while wait uptill this time to decamp when the APC has already gotten their candidate.

There is something called Nuisance Value. In politics, you need to spot people with nuisance value and know how to use them properly.
Last election, the problems Okupe caused Obi and Bwala caused Atiku are incalculable.
Both of them are now on the other side.

Shuaibu is like a political suicide bomber. His only hope for relevance now is to destroy Obaseki's legacy and PDP'S chances and with federal might, he will do it successfully.

He's there as incumbent and judicially recognized Speaker of the Rivers State House of assembly. That is an event that has the leadership of the judiciary and NASS.

As for the naive comedian employed by Fubara as apprentice Speaker, he is just deceiving himself and his 4-man gang of legislative kidnappers terrorizing Port Harcourt and environs.
