I only blame the white men. they saw that they were loosing Nigeria cos the ppl were close to independence. so they decided to handover power to the least qualified people who now thing they were born to rule. this was what happened when the Belgians left Rwanda, and handed power over to the Tutsi. 2 Likes 1 Share |
