It's sad that it is so easy for Nigerian politicians to start planning for the next election 2 years ahead, but to deliver basic dividends of democracy, they are always clueless and without plans on how to better the lives of the people. |

We have a long way to go in fixing this country. Tribalism has really eaten deep into our unity as a country.
Look at how people are just throwing ethic shades at each other. We cannot grow as a country if we continue to see things from tribal or religious lens.
If something is bad, let's condemn it and not try to rationalize it because it's done by our kinsmen. If something is good, let's applaud it irrespective of the tribe of the person. |

If she's donating from her personal purse then no problem but if she's using the public treasury to fund her pet project then that's unconstitutional.
If it is the later, she should return every kobo spent and go set up an NGO and use her goodwill and connections to get donors to contribute towards her projects and not use the public treasury. |

Health › Re: Nigerian Ladies Share Their Sad Experiences With Egg Donation/Selling by MrSundry: 8:42am On Mar 29, 2025 |
Kobojunkie: Selling one's eggs is not the same as donating one's eggs.
To the one's asking them not to sell their eggs, ⚉ are you willing to pay for the upkeep and care of these women until the husbands you wish would come to save them finally arrive? ⚉ and should these husbands turn out unable to adequately care for the women and the babies they eventually have, are you equally willing to donate your salaries to ensure they are catered for? Your logic is wrong. It's just like saying a man should be living off from selling his spe*m. How sustainable is it ?? How long do they want to keep selling their eggs?? Can't they find a job or do a business that won't have adverse effect on their health? |

NOETHNICITY: The separation of power which was supposed to exist in Rivers resulted in all this situation today Fubara decided that he would not allow any separation of power, he pulled down the state HOA complex, sacked 27 lawmakers and decided to use only 3 to run state. People like you who love separation of power failed to love separation of powers in Rivers. Why the double standard Guy, go and read my prior comments on this issue. I am a concerned Nigeria not your regular political sycophant |

Wasn't expecting anything different. Separation of power doesn't exit in Nigeria.
The legislative arm is just an extension of the executive. The only time the legislatures would counter the executive is during budget appropriation - constituency projects |

Tit4Tat1: Has the votes of the populace ever counted in Nigeria?
Let's face reality 93' election is a clear case of what is possible. There is a limit to how much politicians can rig an election especially when the populace speaks in one voice. They know this that's why they always divide the people along religion, tribal and ethnic lines. |
