I don't believe that, God actually created everyone the same but sometimes some people just allow themselves to be very mentally weak i have seen a man in the US that was born without legs and arms but still choosed to live and fight on he didn't choose the easiest route out of his misery to commit suicide today he is a well known pastor preaching all over the world with a beautiful normal wife and complete normal children. Life is all about what you believe in ur head and profess with your mouth with conviction.
