I'll advise you to borrow a laptop and install the app following the procedures sent to your mail. Most cafe's computers don't run on windows 10 OS and that is a primary requirement.

I got the email too, so it's now compulsory to do the pretest by 12pm tomorrow.

It is not compulsory to register for the pretest, it is just a DEMO to understand how the exam process is. After entering the URL for the DEMO on the browser, it will redirect you to the safe browser if you've downloaded it already.

I have installed the app but I can't go past the face capture stage when I attempted to do the pre-test. It's showing error 400. Do you have the same problem?
