Depending on 'levels' of finishing, you are looking at between 30M to 50M.

Instead of putting yourself under pressure, why not he just build two units of 2-beds or two units of self-contianed, just at one corner of the land.
Later, if you can save like 20M cash, then you can embark on a 'big project', using the land still available.
You are sure of not sweating at it for the next God-knows how long.

Anyway, what do l know sef.

bro 2m for four units of 3bedroom flat you are just scratching the surface, you should think very well, because you need nothing less than 10m(beign modest) to complete that project. Am telling you this so you understand the magnitude of the project you are about to embark on then ask yourself these questions

Does anybody here have direct live-in experience with a decked roof (house with flat concrete decking as the roof)? I know all the theories for and against but I will like to hear from someone who is actually under one in our climate. I lived in one for a year in Kuwait. it even had a rooftop pool diagonally above me. It was also a 5-floor apartment complex. Utilities were inclusive with rent so the AC was perpetually on hence I cannot use that as a reliable form of reference plus the weather is no were like Naija. In fact, I have often said that if you stay in the middle east for a few weeks you will become born again; my thinking if this is still earth and it is this hot then I definitely don't want to go to hell.

Well if she did and still did not make it, then you can confidently say we did what was necessary and still could not save her.

If you are are staunch believers of these doctrines, i don't see what's stopping you from not visiting public or private hospitals. Establish your own public and private hospitals, train your doctors to be JW doctrines compliant and make all the equipments ready for your members for such emergencies. Instead of subjecting people to pain and suffering. Even jesus worked on the sabbath day, which he was supposed to observe.

The government should not be responsible for your beliefs. Doctors are trained for everbody and not for some minority.

Why put other people matter for head so much for something you don't understand. Perhaps, you should read more about this blood issue before you start judging the poor man. Yes, your grouse should be with the doctors for knowing an alternative but refused to use it because they are lazy.

And knowing the state of public hospitals in nigeria, you can confidently say these alternatives are at the doctors beck and call during an emergency?

If the doctrine is so very important to you, you should have your own manpower(doctors trained for your specific needs) and hospitals who will attend to your members needs period.

For one i think the solid blocks are more secure, due to the absence of a vacuum.

Secondly, i think i just went with the popular choice. Nothing special informed my decision just moved with the trend in my location.
