Many people who have encountered a cockroach infestation in the past would say the best way to kill cockroaches is early and often. Because cockroaches tend to remain hidden in their nesting areas, it is often said that the sight of one cockroach in the open indicates the presence of at least 100 more which remain hidden behind walls and under floors. These traps usually contain a small amount of a chemical bait, which entices cockroaches to enter the trap through small openings. Once inside, however, it is nearly impossible for the cockroaches to escape and they die from exposure to poisoned bait or the effects of starvation. At least these cockroaches cannot return to their original nests to reproduce or continue scavenging for food.
There are some insecticide products available which address the reproductive side of a cockroach infestation. The active ingredients not only kill the adult cockroach, but also neutralize the unborn offspring inside the cockroach's egg sac. Killing all the visible cockroaches in an infested area may eliminate some immediate problems, but the larger problem cannot be addressed until the reproduction cycle is stopped. This is why many pest control experts do not recommend stepping on cockroaches as an extermination method. This action may release the egg sac, allowing many more baby cockroaches to take up the cause.
If all else fails, the infested area may have to be fumigated or sprayed by professional exterminators. Professional exterminators have access to chemicals which will kill virtually every living thing in a prescribed area, which usually means a complete evacuation of the entire household and several days of cleaning all exposed objects after the treatment. They may also be able to determine the main areas of infestation and introduce powerful insecticides with egg-killing capability directly into the walls and flooring. These services are not inexpensive, but they will usually get the job done when other methods fail.

The Federal Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development transformation agenda is setting out to create over 3.5 million jobs from a number of agricultural products value chains.
Cassava looms large in the list of the products which include rice, sorghum, cocoa and cotton. It therefore becomes timely to offer advice on how interested investors can invest in cassava processing. Investment justification
The transformation agenda of the present government has given the flour mills operating in Nigeria three months ultimatum to comply with the directive that all the wheat flour produced and sold in Nigeria must contain 10 percent cassava flour. This has made the production of cassava flour lucrative in the country again.
It has been tested and passed that wheat flour containing 10 percent cassava flour produced very good bread and other confectioneries. In this regard, demand for cassava flour will be in hundreds of thousand metric tons annually as flour mills are now issuing Local Purchase Orders for supply of cassava flour.

Other incentives introduce by the government are: Tax rebates for bakers and flour mills utilising cassava flour and zero percent tariff for cassava flour manufacturing machines. In addition to this, government has increased the tariff on wheat flour to 40 percent. This is aimed at making cassava flour price to be competitive enough.
The raw materials for the production of cassava flour are readily available in Nigeria. Nigeria is the largest producer of cassava in the world with annual production of 40 million metric tons. Cassava flour processing factory will work all the year round as raw materials are readily available.

Our annual consumption of wheat flour in Nigeria is put at 6 million metric tons, 10 percent cassava flour inclusion will increase cassava flour consumption to 600,000 metric tons annually. This can be translated to 3,000,000 metric tons of cassava tubers and 600,000 hectares of cassava being cultivated and also creating not less than 600,000 jobs for Nigerians.

Establishment of this project will lead to more activities in the farm as farmers will be encouraged to produce more cassava tubers, as there will be assurance of getting their farm products being sold.
Cassava flour production is highly profitable because percentage return on cost of producing a ton is more than 100 percent.

Establishment of this project will boost the productive sector of the economy. Productive sector development will lead to employment generation, high productivity and increase in country’s gross domestic product. Other social and economic benefits derivable from the project are poverty alleviation, reduction in social vices, reduction in rural-urban migration, increased farm income and equitable distribution of income.

Technical information and project implementation procedure
Production of high-grade cassava flour for human consumption entails the use of high quality equipment for production that will meet the requirements of Standards Organisation of Nigeria (SON). Production process involves chipping/rasping, dewatering, drying and milling.

To establish the project, the procedures are feasibility study preparation, site procurement, equipment procurement, installation and test running, recruitment, raw materials procurement and commercial take-off. There is need for us to say no to idleness that has contributed immensely to the crime rate in our environment.
There is need for us to take a bold step to begin to work towards the fulfillment of our great destiny.
We need to start re-writing the story of our dear country through prompt and right actions.
How long are we going to wait for our promise and fail government to provide job for us?
How long are we going to wait for miracle to happen without taking any practical steps?
How long are we going to wait for miracle jobs to fall on our laps on a platter of Gold?
Many graduate have giving up, many graduates has traded away their spirituality for job,
Many homes has been scattered because of this devil called unemployment.
Many destinies has been destroyed because of the menace of unemployment
Still corpers are batching in and out of NYSC every blessed year!
But according to the Newton’s law (every object remains at the place of rest except an external force is applied).
Friends I think it’s high time we stand up and do something;
Enough is enough; we can’t afford to seat back and watch things go out of hands.
So this is why I’ve been shouting there is need.
NEED FOR WHAT AGAIN?
There is also need for us to come together to do the following:
1. To pray to God of heaven to show us the way out,
2. To invite pastors, and diver’s Christian spiritual leaders, Christian entrepreneurs, Christian managing Directors and chief executive officers of different organization to join us in prayer and then give us the necessary advice on the way forward.
3. To also discus on how we can start floating businesses most especially the neglected agricultural business and some reasonable business that will not only generate reasonable returns but will also create jobs for many of us.
If all this is achieved, it will not only reduce unemployment but will also prevent crime and finally reduce the level of crime in our various neighborhoods.
Brethren because there is need for us to address the above mentioned issues that is why after due consultations, counseling and countless prayer of enquiries I then join my faith together with some Christian army to establish this organization called:
UNEMPLOYED CHRISTIAN PROFESSIONALS
OUR GOAL: To erase unemployment and poverty in the body of Christ and then restore the dignity and the pride of Christian graduates.

in fact I'm short of words,
how can you say you have given up on a country that still stand tall amon
g tall among the all the country in Africa even in the world at large,if you say you've given up for nigeria then what will you do if you happen be a citizen of the country like Zimbabwe,somalia,liberia,togo,zudan,saotome,haiti,benin,cape verd,monro via,niger,chard to mention a few,
I tell you if you happen to come from any of the country listed above 2 things might have happen to you.
1.Is either you would have died of starvation or died of a very fatal natural disaster before UN rescue team arrival.
2.Is either you would have died a baby solder while you were young and kidnapped and trained by rebel then got fired in the war from due to you inexperience in war business.
In fact you won't have anything called education not to talk of knowing how to use a computer and start saying nonsense about one of the richest country in Africa.
Either you now loose hope or die of hopelessness,it doesn't stop nigeria from being a great country soon!
I guess people like you should die or be put to prison before then,because people like you don't have anything good to offer this country.
To me nigeria is still the best country ever! Not to talk her great future that is so bright and colour full!
