I have a gentle complain of which it is not meant for argument but to drive a positive change.
For over a month now, my phone UMI Hammer S has been with you (I sent it through one of my office colleagues) and to this day there have not been any tangible response from you or your boy.
Please check and confirm this for me and let there be a focussed energy at solving the problem and be honest with me if it cant be solved by you.

Dear Angeljoy,
With regret, I apologise for the delay in importing the screen for the second time . I don't know if your colleague (Mr. Lekan) passed the message to you. The first screen we imported had a crack before it got to us due to some misconception with the shipping company.

I will personally handle the problem myself when the screen arrives. Give us till next Tuesday. I will call Mr. Lekan on Tuesday when it's ready.
