is the king of wood. So I have always buy mahogany wooden doors. There may be better though...

Melina is better usedbif you are making wardrobes or kitchen cabinets this is because they are lighter. Doors however require heavier wood because of the slamming tendencies when you open an close so Mahogany over the years have proven to be a force to recorn with here. There is eku, abora and ebony but believe me when I say mahogany is a choiced wood. Hope this answers your question sir?

The one for faeces is 10.8ft x 8.5ft and for Waste water is 8ft x 6ft. Work is however still going on sir so I may not be able to tell you the cost till they are completed.

Are you being honest or sarcastic in your prayers sir? The very expensive and promising ones you see today started from pet projects like this and the very people that missed such are still regretting not buying into them. Over the years, spyder has proven himself to be a force to recorn with on the forum. Your intentions may not be pungent but you went about it in a way...............In dealing with promising land deals, secret is key tikll all legal and financial matter on the land has been properly sealed else, you wake up tomorrow and a dangote prototype may have already purchased the land at even higher rate. Please, allow him handle this the best way possible and feel free to observe should you care but please, do not castigate.
