First of all the 2006 population isn't the real representation of the population on ground, because of the corruption in the system when it was conducted and for the fact is an old records.

But judging by the said population
I can't see where Ibadan or lagos population is bigger than the who SE what a dilemma.

Nevertheless I am not talking about census/population statistics but electoral statistics of the last election.
