If he’s to represent the 2025 budget, then he should equally represent 2024 budget since that was passed by Edie Ehison House in 2024.

The 2024 budget has been taken over by events. It is not a matter any longer. Although, it is grounds for impeachment as it is seen that the governor ran the state and made withdrawals without a budget.

Now remember that the Supreme Court has ordered the governor to represent the budget else no allocation because the supreme court sees that the 2025 budget was not presented at all
