Lexusgs430: Just called le hubs. So he started work at the very tail end of the tax year i.e. March 2017 ending. So not sure if he even qualifies for the P60? Also the sponsor is an A-rated sponsor ... not sure if that means anything... |

Lexusgs430: He is in support 100%, but you know how elderly people can be when it comes to documents etc. I just need to pressure him. Funny enough my husband had insisted that we get that document, I shrugged it off but I did not realise the importance of the doc until I read through this forum. Meanwhile Mr Lexus please help me torchlight my matter with your wisdom. I posted a list of all the documents I want to take, please assist me to look through. I would have post here again but don't want to spam the thread |

Minnienellie24: Thank you so much. I have asked him but he is being difficult, doesn't want to release the documents.. I'll just tell him that we don't have a choice, that it's compulsory self. |

Hello everyone... I posted a while ago but got no response... I have now read through the entire thread, i have bought handouts and the lecturer's textbook and have gone for tutorials; I am now ready to sit the examination and graduate from the School of Spousal Visa Please I still have a number of queries and will really really appreciate your response as I wish to submit my application very soon: 1) For our accommodation, the house we will be living in is my fathers property which he owns outright. I have gotten a letter from my dad stating we can live there, also have utility bills still in my dad's name though. The plan is to transition the bills to our name when we get there. I have previous uk visa applications stating that I stay there. Hope this can fly? 2) It is unlikely that i can get a property inspection report as will require someone to be at the house. The house is currently empty, my husband stays with his friend as it's more convenient for him, instead of living in an empty house. However I can get a description of the house stating the number of rooms, and other details. Can this suffice? The house is fully available for our use Thank you |
