This was the moment a vandal calmly walked into an Apple store and began smashing iPhones, iPads and laptops with a metal ball.

The man, dressed in shades and wearing a backpack, was filmed as he walked from one tech stand to the next in a French shop.

He can be seen picking up iPhones , placing them on the counter then bringing a metal pétanque ball crashing down on the screen.

As he wanders through the store he smashes pieces of tech as he goes while ranting in French.

Eventually, a security guard jogs over and asks the man what he is doing.

But, incredibly the man simply walks out of the shop.



A video of the incident was posted to Twitter on Thursday afternoon and has so far received more than 4,000 retweets.

The man has not yet been identified and it is unclear where the incident took place or whether any arrests were made.



Further videos of the incident show the same man, dressed in dark trousers, sweater, a pink t-shirt and wearing one cream glove, arguing with shopping centre security guards.

The man appears to have been upset with the service he received from the company and decided to carry out the act of vandalism in protest.

A baby boy has been born with a rare condition making him look like an 80-year-old.

The birth of the infant stunned doctors at a hospital in the district of Magura, Bangladesh on Sunday, September 25, who said the baby has a rare condition called progeria.

The syndrome causes wrinkles on the face, a very sunken body and hollow eyes reminiscent of elderly features.

Chocolate City has dragged Brymo to court over N20 million invested in him. According to the management, Brymo only yielded N3 million before breaching his contract.

“In a court document deposed at the Lagos Division of the Federal High Court, Brymo (the defendant) accused his former label of short-changing him, saying he never received any advance as agreed in his contract for the development of the album Son of A Carpenter.

“The plaintiff (Chocolate City) on many occasions told the defendant that it would give him a release from the contract and then change its mind,”Brymo said.

“The defendant was never paid any royalties on the album Son of A Carpenter nor was he ever given a stated amount of the monies expended by them for the album.

“An email dated 14th May 2013 from the defendant clearly stated that the defendant is owed the sum of N925, 555.83 for the
album Son of A Carpenter.”

Brymo also accused his former label of failing to employ a manager for him, transferring one they earlier gave to him to another artiste, and forcing him to single-handedly employ and pay his own manager.

“The defendant never provided a platform for it to release another album, as it did not have the means to do so,”said Brymo.

“It is based on the breach that the defendant wants to be released from the contract so he can continue with his career independent of the label.”

The label claims it paid for, on the singer’s behalf, every recording cost it authorzed and for which a prior approcal was sought and obtained by the singer.

“It is a notorious fact in Nigeria music industry that most artists will fritter away the approved budget if same is handed over to them without producing any commercially and technically satisfactory Master recordings,”

Chocolate City stated in its deposition before the court.

“The artists are mostly not business inclined.

“The plaintiff avers that it has advanced and expended almost N20 million on the defendant but has not recoup (sic) up to N3 million.”

The label also accused Brymo of failure to actualise his career potential due to inability to“follow simple instructions”, insubordination, and active/passive promotion of Indian hemp which caused“serious damages to his brand and that of the plaintiff and other artists in the stable of the plaintiff”.

“The defendant’s active and passive promotion of drugs/marijuana included posting of pictures of Indian hemp/marijuana on his Twitter handle, Facebook or Instagram,”the label said.

“It got so bad that no reputable company was ready or willing to give him an endorsement deal, thereby deny (sic) himself and the plaintiff good revenue.

“In fact, a major telecommunication company in Nigeria suddenly pulled out of an endorsement deal worth N20 million which the plaintiff was negotiating for the defendant and which would have earned the plaintiff about N10 million.”

However, Chocolate City is asking for N100 million in damages while Brymo’s lawyers want the court to strike out the case because it lacked enough backing.

Unable to get an Uber from Jabi on Friday morning, Dr Ike Anya decided to flag down the Abuja taxi man who had flashed his taxi’s headlamps at him.

But he had no idea that he was about to be introduced to a very rare specimen of a Nigerian – Mr Luke Olaniyi.

Ike needed to get to the bank and then run a couple of errands. Passenger and Abuja Taxi man agreed on a per-hour bill, and off they went.

He eventually asked the taxi to drop him off at home between 7.30pm and 8pm.

According to Ike, he only realised he had lost money by the next morning. After a late night, and enervating sleep, he checked his pockets and figured “Hang on, looks like I’m missing one bundle of N50,000!”

Still thinking about when and how he misplaced the money, a strange number rang his phone.

“Hello Sir, I’m the driver who carried you yesterday,”

An irritated Ike wondered why the taxi man would presume he could call him, just because he carried him yesterday. But his irritation was cut short when the man continued:

“Did you lose anything, sir?”

Only then did it click in Ike Anya’s mind: This call was about the missing money. Unable to contain his disbelief Ike Anya went on to share this good news on Facebook and twitter.



But the soft spoken Luke Olaniyi had only attempted this semi interrogation to be sure that his gut-feeling wasn’t wrong. You see, this Abuja taxi man had carried other passengers after dropping off our passenger the evening before.

He had also picked other passengers that Saturday morning before he made to clean up his taxi and found the diamond bank bundle under the car seat of the Nissan Sunny Almera – a car which he had only just collected on a ‘hire-purchase’ arrangement.

He however asserts that a boarding pass, which was somehow stuck with the bundle, is what convinced him that the money was dropped by Ike.

“As I see that plane paper with the bundle, I know that Oga look like who come from London”

According to this 42 year old married father of three (a 2-month old baby, and two others in primary school), he was recently robbed by thieves who trailed him after he sold his own car with the intention of buying a new one for his taxi business.

Luke admits to the bite that the economy has on his lean pockets but in his words, “I am a child of God, I have the discerning spirit to know that I shouldn’t take money which is not my own.”

On whether he didn’t feel tempted at all upon finding this money in his car, Luke attests “I want to make heaven.”

Luke Olaniyi worships with the Redeemed Christian Church of God, and serves as Assistant Pastor at the Overflowing Grace Parish, Obasanjo road, Dutse, Abuja.

We certainly wish more Nigerians can be like Luke; even in this recession, and with school fees staring many Nigerian parents in the face like insurmountable hurdles.

Dr Ike recommends the taxi man for people looking for an honest person in Abuja, we recommend him as an example of a good Nigerian. He does deserve the recognition.

A 19 year old man, Yasaa Iba, resident of Atebubu in the Brong Ahafo Region of Ghana has landed in trouble after he allegedly impregnated a goat in the area.

Speaking about the incident, the owner of the pregnant goat, Kwabena Nindoo and residents revealed that they caught the man red-handed having s*x with the goat before he fled leaving behind his bicycle.

Adom Online revealed that the man said he was certain the Iba impregnated the goat after he intentionally kept it in a safe place and never saw any goat coming near it until he realized that the animal had taken seed.

“After he raped my goat I kept my animal very safe, I didn’t want it to mingle with the other goats because of the agony it had suffered.

“No goat came near it in the period it was under my watch and so I have no doubt that it was Yasaa who has impregnated my goat.”Mr Nindoo who was angry about the despicable act has made an official report to the Police and the Chief of the area about the matter.

The Chief and his elders who have taken the issue not lying down have set today (Friday) to sit on the matter and determine what action will be taken against Yasaa, if he’s found guilty.

Football legend Pele is expected in Lagos on Wednesday for the commencement of a three-day visit for the YEDA Legend Edition 2016 organised by Winihin Jemide Services and the Youth Experience Day Africa.

Pele was billed to visit in August but a health complication saw the trip postponed till September.

Organisers say the Brazilian’s visit will be focused on the development of football and the Nigerian youth, and will bring together football-loving kids, parents and key figures in Lagos State,Punchwrites.

“This event will include a football clinic handled by ex-internationals, an exclusive dinner with Pele and other African legends on September 24. There will also be chances to own Pele memorabilia at an auction during the dinner. The proceeds will be donated to the Kanu Heart Foundation and the City of David football academy,” Chee Okebalama, Project Coordinator, YEDA Legend Edition, said at a media briefing on Friday.

The football clinic which will feature sessions with Pele for the U-15 and U-17 categories, will conclude with a celebrity exhibition match featuring the country’s ex-stars Nwankwo Kanu, Victor Ikpeba, Peter Rufai, as well as Timi Dakolo and Gideon Okeke at the Campos mini stadium, Onikan.

“Some of us are honoured to have met the legend before. He had some kind words for me and my teammates 27 years ago at the U-17 World Cup and I think he is also going to be an inspiration for the young kids. The trip is a great initiative by the organisers,” 1997 African Player of the Year, Victor Ikpeba, stated.

Ex-Eagles captain Peter Rufai said, “Pele is the greatest; we have to celebrate him. The event is not only for kids because even parents who used to watch him on TV, will be happy to see him live in Nigeria.”

As many music lovers and critics have refused to acknowledge his talent saying his days as an artiste are numbered, HKN singer, B-Red, has replied his haters in a tell-it-all chat.

Speaking in an exclusive interview with Punch’s Sunday Scoop, Bayo Adeleke, aka B-Red, who is signed on with HKN Music label, and is also a cousin to multiple award-winning popstar, Davido, said he is happy at the pace of his growth.

Notwithstanding his average popularity in the industry, many music lovers have refused to acknowledge his talent. In fact, they are of the opinion that his days as an artiste are numbered.

Some music critics are disappointed that his career has not assumed a different dimension in spite of Davido and HKN’s influence. Despite the view of many, the heavily-tattooed musician says he is happy where he is.

“Knowing that God has a plan for everybody, I am comfortable with the unhurried pace. There was a time I didn’t have a car or a Rolex, but look at me now. Every year, I grow and I will get bigger, so I am not in a rush. I am okay and content,” he said.

B-Red who has also been accused of living under Davido’s shadow said there is no shame in leveraging on the star power of his cousin.

“In every group, you have a leader and I do not care about being number one as long as I am doing good, getting money and doing shows. Davido is number one and we follow but you never know, probably I’ll be as big as he is. If your cousin is a star, won’t you want to be a star too? I built my brand by hyping my cousin for four years and look at where I am now,” he said.

B-Red who is busy promoting his new EP released under HKN titled,“All The Way Up”, also denied leaving HKN. While rebutting the story, he confirmed he would be doing a collaboration with Mayorkun, whom many insinuated that he is envious of.

“There is no beef between me and Maryokun, we are hitting the studio soon and doing something together, I didn’t leave HKN and I am not leaving HKN. I even have the HKN tattooed on my body.
My contract is very long. HKN is family and I am not leaving,” he stressed.

New York based blogger Claire Sulmers recently interviewed Nigerian songstress, Tiwa Savage about her music, style, her legacy and more.

During the interview, Claire read a question from an Instagram follower who asked Tiwa the question: “How are you coping after your marriage crisis”

Tiwa’s response was:

Desiigner is no longer facing charges for gun possession and drug selling. He is, however, still charged with drug possession.

The District Attorney overseeing the Desiigner’s case has dropped the gun charge against him stemming from an incident that took place on Thursday night, TMZ reports.

Thursday night, Desiigner was reportedly driving around New York City in an SUV with four other unnamed individuals when a fight broke out with the driver of another vehicle. According to that individual, Desiigner pointed a gun at him during the heated exchange. The SUV ultimately sped off and was eventually located by police after the other driver relayed the vehicle’s license plate information. When they searched the vehicle, they ended up discovering a large quantity of pills, allegedly Oxycontin, methadone, and steroids.

The police reportedly searched the SUV that Desiigner was riding in but were unable to find a loaded firearm of any kind. The authorities initially added the felony possession of a loaded gun charge to the list of his offenses based on the eyewitness testimony of the driver from another vehicle. Additionally, the strike for felony possession of a controlled substance with the intent to sell was also dropped. The D.A. concluded that there wasn’t enough evidence to make those particular charges stick.

The rapper was arraigned this morning in a New York courtroom for felony possession of a controlled substance and menacing and released.
