Protection for people who report vices In the society
More important than punishing corrupt people is the necessity and massive awareness for protection of people who reveal and report vices in the society.
since people who are directly in government cannot be everywhere and people in the public who are the eyes of the government are every .
what I talk about is different from the whistle blower. Whistle blower is associated mist of the time with big offences.
when for example my company deduction pension fron staff salaries and not remitted for 10, 20months who pretect you and your job. A VAT tax collection officer came to your company and colluded with account officer to share government revenue and pay peanut to government and you report, who pretectv you.
Even many security agencies members don't like corruption but if reports are madevwhat is the protection.
Many people want to make sure that the president-elect succeeds in many areas but they want to be pretected.
