SENATE SURVEILLANCE TEAM ON CRUDE OIL THEFT (SST-COT) Commences Operations

The Senate Adhoc Committee on Crude Oil Theft, Chaired by Senator Prince Ned Munir Nwoko, hereby notifies all Stakeholders—including Host Communities, Community Associations, Security Operatives, Government Agencies, and All Entities within the Oil and Gas Sector—of the Formal Appointment of its State Representatives. These Representatives will commence their duties with immediate effect.

Recognizing the grave impact of Crude Oil theft on Nigeria’s economy and National Security, the committee has constituted the Senate Surveillance Team on Crude Oil Theft (SST-COT) to intensify Monitoring and Intelligence gathering across the nine Oil-Producing States. The team’s mandate includes both direct engagements and covert surveillance to identify challenges, recommend solutions, and enhance security within the sector.

The SST-COT is structured as follows:

Overall Team Lead

One State Representative per Oil-Producing State, supported by a Deputy State Representative

A Dedicated Task Force to execute surveillance and enforcement measures


This initiative requires the full cooperation of all relevant agencies, security forces, and stakeholders—both national and international—to curb crude oil theft and safeguard Nigeria’s vital resources.

"Senate Cracks Down on Oil Theft: Adhoc Committee Inaugurates Surveillance Team"

The inaugural meeting of the Senate Adhoc Committee on Crude Oil Theft, chaired by the distinguished Senator Prince Ned Munir Nwoko, was held at the National Assembly, drawing key stakeholders from the Niger Delta region. The meeting was convened to tackle the persistent issue of crude oil theft, a major economic sabotage affecting the nation's revenue.

Following a closed-door session, the committee proceeded to admit major stakeholders with deep knowledge of crude oil theft and the capacity to collaborate effectively with the committee in addressing this pressing challenge. A rigorous screening process was undertaken to identify suitable individuals to serve as consultants and state representatives in the committee’s effort to curb crude oil theft. The screening exercise, which was thorough, had all the Senators from the oil-producing states who, individually having profound knowledge of the challenge, engaged their state representative nominees to ascertain the clear strategic plan they are bringing to work with the committee to checkmate the massive losses and how they intend to partner with other agencies. The nominees, who suggested a team approach and to be collectively called the "Senate Surveillance Team on Crude Oil Theft," variously threw light on strategies for local onshore and offshore oversight as well as the use of a covert intelligence approach. In addition to partnering with security agencies and liaising with international bodies, multinationals, and all agencies in the sector, a robust plan is already envisioned for a well-thought-out oversight to partner with the executive surveillance consultants already on the field and carry out the Senate’s overall oversight function.

Upon completion of the screening exercise, the committee, being satisfied with the outcome, moved for the appointment of the selected individuals as Consultants and State Representatives. The motion was seconded and thereafter approved. The appointees will be officially presented with their letters of appointment and introduced to the press, after which they are expected to hit the ground running in the discharge of this critical national assignment.

In his remarks, the Chairman, Senator Ned Nwoko, emphasized the committee’s commitment to exploring legal pathways to incorporate artisanal miners into the mainstream oil market. He noted that the real economic leakages were caused by high-level saboteurs and international trade networks that facilitate the sale of stolen crude. Addressing this root cause, he asserted, would be pivotal in effectively tackling the menace of crude oil theft.

The recent appointment of Elon Musk to lead Trump's government efficiency department is for training purposes. _David's appointment as Saul's armour bearer was for leadership and palatial training. Oga Musk, please humble yourself and receive governmental training and grace from Mr Trump.

Elon Musk will rule the United States of America one day, but he needs help from the boss. President Trump needed help from the boss inorder to win his elections.

I want to advise President Donald Trump to take time and prepare Elon Musk for governance. It is not enough to give him an appointment, please also introduce him to Jesus Christ. Failure to do that will make him rule with the strength of the beast after his victory.

I want to start by saying that President Trump won the election by the prayers of the church.Thank God for those prophecies out there but it was the prayers of the church that destroyed the agenda of the new world order.

Three months ago after the production of my song titled help from the boss featuring Donald Trump, God said to me *"if the body Christ refused to pray Mr Trump will loose* ".

His Excellency should continue with the same prayer strategy because his enemies are very close.Oga DT you need help from the boss inorder to complete your tenure.

Donald Trump is very grateful to God almighty, that is why he has decided to bring the Bible back to white house while Peter Obi is planning to dismantle the church. Oga Pero night vigil is not the problem of Nigeria.

My advice to President Trump is that he should represent Christ (THE BOSS) properly. Mr Trump lost the last election because of some of his harsh policies that got heaven angry. Somebody remember four years ago when Trump's prayer team started inviting Angels from Africa instead of heaven, hahaha. May your government not be in that situation again, you have become wiser as the Boss' choice.

His Excellency should surround himself with God fearing people in order to do great exploits in office. Already the plans to "kpai" him and replace him with his vice JD Vance is the next agenda. If President Trump decides to be selfish and unreasonable, God may still allow the will of Trump's enemies to stand.

WE NEED HELP FROM THE BOSS

On the 11th day of September 2001 the American people and indeed the entire world experienced a major terrorist attack that rattled the foundations of the earth and threatened it's existence. The focal point of the gospel ought to be Jesus Christ. He is the way the truth and the life. It will only take the blood stained gospel to clean the mess of man.

Many preachers have allowed the social media events to change their messages. It is either one is attacking while the other is responding. Preachers attacking preachers on social media is a new assignment from Satan to divide the body.

True preachers dwell in his presence not social media. Some have turned Dr Abel Damina to their message. No preacher's name or fame has what it takes to save a single soul .

It is clear that our views, exposures and philosophies are not the gospel. Intellectual knowledge only compliments the gospel, it doesn't contain the saving power.

Hardship in the country has landed many into preaching the material gospel. Jesus Christ did not die for us to be prosperous and get healed. He settled healing and prosperity while he was still alive.

We have the person of Christ and the principles of Christ. Spreading the principles of Christ from city to city can never replace our Master. Jesus Christ is the transforming force that has no substitute.

*_According to Galatians 1:8_* Apostle Paul warned against the introduction of *ANOTHER GOSPEL* .The gospel of arrogance is another gospel. It is possible for Dr Abel to make his point without referring Pastor Benny as their White Holy Spirit.

Anointing is different from good manners. Purging is a cleansing done aggressively and violently. Most of our famous preachers are not purged and broken. Majority of them lack good parenting and home training.

According to *_psalm 51:2_* the psalmist said washed me thoroughly from my iniquity. When a preacher is not properly washed it will reflect in his message.
